• Detailed CV with educational qualifications, work experience, special achievements, present address and expected salary. • All relevant documents. • Signed bio-data in the IMU-MPC format for the post applied for. • Faculty posts: the form includes a checklist of essential and desirable qualifications, details of sailing experience at management level, teaching / training experience in Maritime Training Institute(s) in India, and a sailing and shore experience sheet (CDC period, rank and days) in chronological order. • Paramedic, Workshop Instructor and Lab Assistant posts: the form asks for Aadhar No. and PAN Card No., essential qualification details, experience with total duration, and academic qualifications from Class X onwards.
