Selection Process
The mode of selection is interview. Eligibility alone does not entitle a candidate to an interview call. The University reserves the right to further shortlist eligible candidates based on qualifications, relevant experience and other applicable criteria. Only those who rank highest in the shortlisting process will be called for the interview, and they will be notified of the interview date by email.
How to Apply
• Fill in the attached application format; applications not in the prescribed format will be summarily rejected. • Enclose photocopies of all supporting documents, certificates and testimonials. • Send the hard copy by Registered/Speed post, on or before 5 December 2026, to: Deputy Registrar (i/c), Indian Maritime University, Kochi Campus, South End Reclamation Area, NH-966B, Matsyapuri P.O., Kochi - 682 029. • Also send a soft copy of the application electronically to [email protected]. Both hard copy and soft copy are required. Applications received without the hard copy will not be considered.
