Eligibility
• Junior Research Fellow: M.E/ M Tech. in EE/ EC/ Physics/ CS or equivalent with CGPA >= 6.0; or B.E./ B.Tech. in ECE, CSE, or equivalent with CGPA >= 7.5 (out of 10.0); or M.Sc./ MCA in Physics/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Computer Science& Engineering or Equivalent with CGPA>=7.5 and Qualified national level test (GATE/ NET/ etc.) or a degree from a CFTI • Research Associate: PhD in EE/ EC/ CS/ Physics/ eqv. or 3 years' experience after M. Tech. in relevant domain
Salary
• Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000/ - +HRA for 2 years; Rs. 42,000+HRA, after 2 years • Research Associate: Rs. 58,000/ - + HRA for 2 years; then Rs. 61,000 +HRA
