Eligibility
• Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology or related disciplines, with training relevant to molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, bioinformatics or computational biology. Other conditions: • Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates with equal qualifications and experience. • No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview. Desirable: • Research experience in structural biochemistry and computational biology, including protein modelling, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, bioinformatics and genomic data analysis. • Familiarity with microbiological techniques, bacterial culture, sequence analysis and BLAST. • Experience with molecular visualization and analysis tools such as PyMOL, GROMACS, LigPlot, RasMol. • Experience in Python, AI/ML and LLMs, along with exposure to protein structure-function analysis and interdisciplinary research workflows.
