Eligibility
• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Optics, Photonics, Instrumentation Engineering, data sciences or a related field. • Deep foundational knowledge in RF signal processing, electro-optics, and microwave photonics concepts. • Extensive hands-on benchtop experience in designing, assembling, and testing high-speed analog optical links. • Demonstrated proficiency in integrating and aligning discrete and integrated optoelectronic hardware, including narrow-linewidth lasers, electro-optic modulators, and high-power photodiodes. • Proven ability to perform end-to-end optical and RF system characterization, including key metrics such as link gain, noise figure, spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR), phase noise, and frequency response. • Expert operator of high-frequency laboratory instrumentation, such as Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), Optical Spectrum Analyzers (OSAs), RF Spectrum Analyzers, and high-bandwidth oscilloscopes. • Familiarity with automated test environments and instrumentation control (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, PyVISA).
Salary
• Rs 61,000 + 30% HRA per month
