Eligibility
• Ph.D in Bioprocess Engineering or a related field with 2 years' experience, or M.Tech with minimum 3 years' experience. • Expertise in Strain engineering using synthetic biology tools (including screening and library preparation of genetic parts); metabolic engineering including in-silico genome scale models. • Hands-on experience with bioreactors or fermentation systems, analytics, or downstream processes. • Strong understanding of bioprocess optimization. • Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical data analysis (desirable). • Experience with process modeling and simulation (desirable). • Excellent communication skills both written and oral; as demonstrated in Scientific writing including presentations, documentation, proposals and report generation. • Ability to work, collaborate, and mentor junior researchers in cross-functional teams. • Ability to think critically, demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
