• M.Tech in Bioprocess Engineering or a related field with minimum 3 years' experience or fresh Ph.D in Biotechnology. • Expertise in molecular biology and recombinant DNA techniques. • Experience in microbial fermentation/cell culture including shake flask and bioreactor operations. • Experience in downstream processing and analytical characterization techniques. • Ability to work and collaborate in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic team setting. • Ability to think critically, demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Documentation including report writing and data analysis skills. • Excellent communication skills both written and oral. • Good publication record desirable.
