Eligibility
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical/Chemical/Computer Science & Engineering and B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Chemical/Computer Science & Engineering with minimum 60% marks (or 6.5/10.0 CGPA) OR B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Computer Science & Engineering and related streams with minimum 60% marks (or 6.5/10.0 CGPA) throughout from Class XII. Valid GATE/NET preferred. • Research Associate-III (RA-III): Ph.D. in Mechanical/Chemical/Computer Science & Engineering with B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Chemical/Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized University/Institute OR M.Tech/M.E. degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Computer Science & Engineering with three years of research, teaching and design and development experience with at least one research paper in SCI journal.
Age Limit
• Maximum Age Limit: 50 years for all posts. • Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/women/physically challenged candidates and 3 years for OBC NCL. Salary
