Eligibility
• Master's degree in Physics / Applied Physics / Theoretical Physics / Quantum Information / Optics / Photonics / Computer Science / Electronics or related discipline. • B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech. in Engineering Physics / Computer Science / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. • Candidates with a valid GATE score or CSIR-UGC NET (including LS) or selection through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Agencies (DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, IIT, IISc, IISER) will be given preference/fellowship as per norms.
Age Limit
• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years. • Age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women candidates as per Gol norms.
Salary
• For 1st & 2nd Year (Months 1-24): Rs. 37,000/- per month + 20% HRA (Total: Rs. 44,400/- per month). • For Remaining Period (Months 25–30): Rs. 42,000/- per month + 20% HRA (Total: Rs. 50,400/- per month).
