Eligibility
• M.Tech./ M.E./ M.S. or equivalent degree in Metallurgical Engineering/ Materials Science and Engineering/ Metallurgical and Materials Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Production Engineering. Candidates having MTech/ME/MS degrees should have previously qualified GATE once. • B.Tech./ B.E. or equivalent degree in Metallurgical Engineering/ Materials Science and Engineering/ Metallurgical and Materials Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Production Engineering/Engineering Physics. Candidates having B.Tech./B.E. degree should have a valid GATE score. • M.Sc. in Materials Science, Physics, Nanoscience and Technology. Candidates having M.Sc. Degree should have a valid GATE qualification OR UGC/CSIR-JRF qualification OR Equivalent Fellowship.
