Eligibility
• Domain Expert - Procurement: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Law, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. Minimum 60% marks. Minimum three years hands-on experience in procurement, tendering, contract management. Working knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, NIC e-Procurement. Understanding of GFR, Procurement Manuals, MSME, Make in India. • Consultant: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, ML, Electronics, Electrical, Mathematics, Statistics or related. Minimum 60% marks. Minimum five years professional experience in AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, SLMs or enterprise AI-system development. Hands-on in at least three of: SLM/LLM training, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation. Working knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain. • Project Manager: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, AI, Data Science, Electronics, Electrical, Business Administration, Project Management or related. Minimum 60% marks. Minimum ten years experience in managing software, AI/ML, digital transformation, IT projects. Proven experience in at least two end-to-end technology projects. Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
