Eligibility
• B.E./B.Tech. in ECE/allied branches with a minimum of 60% marks (or CGPA 6.5) plus GATE/UGC-NET Junior Research Fellow/CSIR NET Junior Research Fellow or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of relevant VLSI industry/research experience. • M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/allied branches with a minimum of 60% marks (or CGPA 6.5) plus GATE/UGC-NET Junior Research Fellow/CSIR NET Junior Research Fellow or equivalent. • Knowledge in semiconductor, solid-state devices, MOS Device Physics, CMOS circuit design, Memory Design, EDA/TCAD, Cadence, Verilog is required.
Age Limit
• Maximum Age Limit: 30 years • Age relaxation may be given to outstanding candidates or candidates with relevant experience.
Salary
• Rs. 37,000/- plus 18% HRA per month
