Post: Maximum Age Limit Library Superintendent; Senior Technical Assistant (Technical): 38 Years Office Assistant (Multi-Skill); Junior Technical Assistant (Scientific); Junior Technical Assistant (Technical): 33 Years The notice says the crucial date for the age limit is the closing date for receipt of applications. Age relaxation applies as per Government of India rules. Institute employees have no upper age limit, but they must have at least one year of service remaining from the closing date of application submission until the date of superannuation.
How to Apply
Applications are made online under 'Openings' on the Institute website, through the staff recruitment portal. The hard copy then goes by post. These are the steps the notice gives: • Register and create a User ID and Password on the staff recruitment portal. Online applications can be submitted until 17:00 hrs on 11 November 2026. • Fill in the online application form completely and submit it. The form has six stages. You may save and edit before final submission, but no changes are permitted after final submission. Upload complete details of all qualifications and experience, with the supporting documents. • After final submission, the payment information is displayed. Click "Proceed for Payment" to reach the SBI Payment Gateway. • Pay the fee of ₹500 through UPI, Internet Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card, and do not click "Refresh" or "Back". SC/ST/PwD/Women/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from the fee and must upload proof. The fee is not refundable, and applications without fee payment are not accepted. • After a successful payment you are redirected to the portal, which shows a confirmation. An email confirmation is also sent. If money is deducted but the transaction fails, recheck the status after 30 minutes.
