Eligibility
• The candidate desirably should have M. Tech./ME/MS/BS-MS/MSc (Computer Science/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Electronics System/Communication System/Computer Science and Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering) degree with a minimum CPI of 6.5 with a valid qualified GATE Score/NET Score OR B.Tech./BE (Computer Science and • Engineering/Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Instrumentation/Computer Science and Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering) degree with a minimum CPI of 6.5 and a valid qualified GATE Score/NET Score. GATE/NET score shall be exempted for candidates having a B. Tech degree with minimum CPI 8.0 from IITs/IISc/IISERs
Age Limit
• The upper age limit for applying for the JRF position shall be 35. According to the GOI rules, SC/ST/OBC/PD relaxations will be provided
Salary
• Rs. 37000 + HRA /Month for First two years and Rs. 42000 + HRA /Month for Last year
