Eligibility
• Project Coordinator: Master's Degree in Management, Rural Development, or a relevant discipline. Experience in enterprise promotion, startup incubation, livelihood programmes, entrepreneurship development, rural development projects, or related areas. Knowledge of local languages of Meghalaya will be an added advantage. • Field Investigator: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred). Experience in community-based development work, surveys, or field research will be preferred. Fresh postgraduates with demonstrated capability and willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork may also apply.
Salary
• Project Coordinator: Rs. 45,000 per month • Field Investigator: Rs. 34,000 per month
