Eligibility
• Academic Assistant: Post-graduate with first class. • Academic Assistant: Candidates must have a BSc/BA in Economics or MSc/MA in Economics or both. • Academic Assistant: Relevant experience either in academics or industry or an M. Phil (or higher qualifications) will be preferred. • Academic Associate: Ph.D. in relevant area.
Age Limit
• Age: Preferably below 35 years. • The age limit shall be counted on the last date of submission of application or the date of walk-in-interview (in case of walk-in only).
Salary
• Academic Assistant: An Academic Assistant with no experience will be paid a stipend of Rs. 27,500/- per month. • Academic Assistant: For every completed year of relevant academic/industrial job experience, an increment of Rs. 1,500/- may be recommended, subject to the maximum ceiling of Rs. 32,000/- per month at the time of appointment. • Academic Associate: An Academic Associate with Ph.D. (or equivalent) will be paid a stipend of Rs. 33,000/- per month. • Academic Associate: For every completed year of relevant academic/industrial job experience, an increment of Rs. 2,000/- may be recommended, subject to the maximum ceiling of Rs. 39,000/- per month at the time of appointment.
