• Go to the E-Samarth recruitment portal (www.iiitp.ac.in) and register. • Read the instructions, check your eligibility, fill in the online form and upload scanned copies of the relevant documents, with conclusive evidence for every claim. • Pay the fee through the portal link. • Note the unique E-Samarth Form No. generated after submission. It identifies you for the written test and interview, and no enquiry about a lost Form No. is entertained. • Print the submitted form with all uploaded documents and the fee payment proof. • Serially number and self-attest every page. Arrange the pages in the order of Annexure-IV (Document Checklist/Index), then fill in and sign Annexure-IV. • Write on the envelope: "Application for the post of ____, Level ____ in the Department of ____, E-Samarth Form No. ____". • Send it by speed/registered post, or hand it in, to: The Registrar, Indian Institute of Information Technology Pune, PO – Talegaon, Pune, Maharashtra – 410507. It must arrive by the hard-copy deadline. Eligibility is decided only from the hard copy received in time. No documents are accepted after that date, and the Institute is not responsible for postal delay or loss. A submitted online application cannot be changed.
