Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of application, i.e. 12-06-2026. Mere possession of minimum qualifications does not guarantee shortlisting for Teaching & Research Seminar and/or Personal Interview. Criteria: Details Citizenship: Candidate must be an Indian National. Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant/equivalent discipline from a recognized University/Institute with First Class in all preceding degrees (bachelor's degree onwards). Candidates obtaining Ph.D. directly after B.E./B.Tech. are eligible. Experience: Varies by post as prescribed. More than 6 months of experience in a regular position with a pay scale is necessary to be considered as work experience. Part-time, daily wage, visiting, guest, or temporary faculty experience will not be counted. OBC Status: Only OBC Non-Creamy Layer candidates are eligible for reservation benefits. Selection Process
Selection will be made through a three-stage process. All eligibility conditions and shortlisting criteria are determined by the respective Academic Units in accordance with ACoFAR guidelines. Stage 1 - Scrutiny and Shortlisting Applications will be scrutinized and shortlisted by the respective Academic Units based on advertised criteria, qualifications, experience, research contributions, publications, and departmental requirements. The final shortlist will be published on the Institute website and shortlisted candidates will be invited via email only. Stage 2 - Teaching & Research Seminar Candidates shortlisted in Stage 1 will deliver a Teaching and Research Seminar before a committee approved by the Competent Authority at the respective Academic Units. Personal presence is mandatory for all applicants residing in India. The Stage 2 shortlist will be published on the Institute website. Stage 3 - Personal Interview Applicants shortlisted in Stage 2 will be invited via email only to appear for a personal interview before the duly constituted Selection Committee.
