• Use the form for your post given with the notice: Annexure-I for JRF, Annexure-II for RSO, Annexure-III for FA and Annexure-IV for LA. • Affix a self-attested passport photograph on the form. • Fill in the details the form asks for: name (block letters), father's or husband's name, permanent address, email ID, mobile number, date of birth (as per SSC certificate), category (UR/OBC/SC/ST), gender and domicile. • Fill in the academic qualifications table and the sections on awards, publications, experience and extracurricular activities (NCC/NSS/Sports/University Band), attaching self-attested proof for each. • Sign the declaration with date and place. • Attach self-attested copies of certificates and related documents. • Send the application by registered post, speed post or by hand to: Office of the Director Research Services, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur- 492012 (C.G.) • The application must reach on or before 23 November 2026 (5.30 pm). Applications reaching after the due date will not be considered in any condition, and incomplete applications will be rejected. Important Instructions
