Selection Process
Selection will be made through a Written Test of Objective Type (MCQ), broadly covering the following topics: • Basic Accounting • General English • Basic Mathematics • Computer Knowledge • Quantitative Aptitude • Reasoning • General Knowledge & Current Affairs Mere submission of application or fulfilment of eligibility conditions does not confer any right on a candidate to be shortlisted or called for the written test. ICSI reserves the right to call for the written test only those candidates who, in its opinion, are most suitable for the post, and reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. ICSI's decision on eligibility, shortlisting, conduct of the written test, and selection will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. No Travel Allowance shall be reimbursed for attending the written test.

• Visit the online application link: https://stimulate.icsi.edu/RECRUITMENT/IndexHome/IndexHome • Fill the online Resume Form carefully, ensuring all relevant fields relating to qualifications, experience, etc. are duly completed. • Avoid entering special characters (such as " ", ' ', &, etc.) and use minimum words/characters while filling the University Name, Specializations, Major Responsibilities, Address, Board & School Name, and similar fields. • Round off the percentage obtained in degrees/diplomas to the lower whole number (e.g., 49.3% or 49.8% should be entered as 49%, not 50%). Where grades are awarded, convert them to numerical equivalent percentages. • Upload a resume file not exceeding 100 KB. • Ensure you have a valid personal email address, since ICSI will communicate with applicants through email and not by post. • Submit the online application before the closing date of 12 August 2026. • Take a printout of the submitted online form for future reference. Do not send a hard copy of the application form, CV, or certificates to the Institute; no separate acknowledgement will be sent.
Required Documents
• Candidates working in a Central/State Government/Autonomous/Statutory Body/PSU must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of verification of original documents. • Original documents will be required for verification only after the written test, for candidates who fall in the list of consideration. • All educational qualifications must be from recognized universities/institutions in India or abroad; courses offered by autonomous institutions should be equivalent to courses approved/recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/UGC/AICTE.
