• Download the application form from the ICMR website (www.icmr.gov.in) or the ICMR NINE website (https://icmrnine.org/). • Fill in the application in the prescribed ICMR application format and affix a recent passport photograph. • Attach self-attested copies of your education and experience documents, arranged in chronological order. • Email the application to ICMR NINE, Bengaluru, at [email protected] on or before 5:00 PM on 12 November 2026. • To attend the interview online, get prior permission by email. • To attend in person, report at ICMR NINE, Bengaluru, at 09:30 AM on 13 November 2026 and hand in the original, duly filled application in the prescribed format. Documents named in the notice: • Duly filled application in the ICMR application format, with a recent passport photograph affixed • Self-attested copies of documents related to education • Self-attested copies of experience documents • The original application, to be handed in at the walk-in interview Only applicants who have sent the documents supporting their educational qualifications and work experience will be considered for the online interview. Incomplete applications, and applications without a photograph or copies of the relevant certificates, will not be entertained. An original application handed in at the walk-in interview will not be considered unless the application was also sent by email. Applications received by email after the due date will not be considered.

If the service is not satisfactory or a conflict of interest is found, the engagement may be ended immediately without a reason. • Under the force majeure clause, a delay or failure in duties caused by harsh conditions or civil unrest in areas linked to peacekeeping, humanitarian or similar operations will not by itself count as force majeure under the contract. • Any addendum or corrigendum will be published only on www.icmr.gov.in and https://icmrnine.org/. No separate notice will appear in the press.
