Eligibility
• Young Professional-II (YP-II) Okra Component: Post graduation degree in Horticulture (Vegetable Science)/ Genetics and Plant Breeding, Biotechnology/Molecular biology or other disciplines of Agricultural Sciences. Desirable: Work experience in vegetable breeding/ molecular biology techniques along with proficiency in computer application skills and the use of standard statistical packages. • Young Professional-I (YP-I) Okra Component: Graduation degree in Agricultural Science or Diploma in Agricultural Sciences/Engineering/Technology and as per ICAR rule from a recognized university. Desirable: Working knowledge of computer and MS Office or Hands on experience of working on emasculation and pollination work, vegetable crop management.
Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 21 years • Maximum Age: 45 years • Age Relaxation: Five years for SC/ST/Women and three years for OBC. Candidates should ensure that they fulfill the prescribed age criteria.
