Selection Process
Selection for the Senior Research Fellow position will be done through the following process: • Screening of Applications Applications received will be screened based on eligibility criteria, academic performance, relevant research experience, and publications. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed via email. • Interview Shortlisted candidates will be called for online or in-person interview at IARI, New Delhi. The exact date, time, and mode will be communicated through email. Candidates are advised to regularly check their email (including spam folder). • Document Verification Selected/wait-listed candidates will have to produce all original documents (educational certificates, experience letters, NET/GATE scorecard, caste certificate if applicable, etc.) for verification before issuance of the offer letter. • Final Result The final result of the interview will be published on the official IARI website under the section “News > Contractual Jobs > View Results”. Important Notes: • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. • The decision of the Selection Committee / Joint Director (Research), ICAR-IARI will be final and binding. • Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
