Without these certificates, applicants will not be allowed to appear for the interview. • Complete Annexure-I (the application format) and Annexure-II (the declaration), both duly signed, and submit them through the Google Form on or before 19.11.2026. Annexure-I has space for a passport size photograph. • If any near or distant relative is an employee of ICAR-CMFRI, declare the name, designation, nature of duties and relationship in writing in Annexure-II and communicate it through the Google Form on or before 19.11.2026. • Wait for the e-mail: shortlisted candidates are intimated by e-mail, and only those who receive the communication may appear for the walk-in interview on the specified date and time.
Important Instructions
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for the interview. • Concealing facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination. • The competent authority has the right to terminate without assigning any reason at any time. • If a candidate's marks are in CGPA/OGPA and no approved conversion table/formula is produced at reporting, the candidature will not be considered. • If a relative's employment at ICAR/CMFRI is communicated or declared only on the interview date, the candidate will not be interviewed. • Selected candidates shall not claim any regular appointment at the institute. • The decision of the Director, ICAR-CMFRI is final and binding in all respects.
