The brochure does not specify a numeric vacancy count for Agniveervayu Non-Combatant, Intake 01/2027. Salary
Agniveervayu Non-Combatant recruited under this scheme will be paid an Agniveer package of ₹30,000 per month with a fixed yearly increment, along with risk and hardship allowances (as applicable in IAF), dress and travel allowances, and perks such as ration, clothing, accommodation, and Leave Travel Concession (LTC) as per existing rules.

• Visit the official web portal: https://iafrecruitment.edcil.co.in. • Go to the "Agniveervayu Non-Combatant" tab and open the "Application Forms" sub-tab. • Download the blank application form and the other required certificates/forms. • Fill the application form as per the format hosted on the web portal; applications not in this format will be rejected. • Attach the required documents (see below). • Send the duly filled application by normal post or drop box to any one of the addresses listed in the brochure (the brochure lists over 130 IAF stations and drop-box locations across India, grouped by Command headquarters, each marked with the eligible stream - Hospitality and/or Housekeeping). Candidates should choose the location where they wish to apply. • Ensure the application reaches the chosen address on or before the due date given in the Employment News notification (17 August 2026, as stated in the brochure). Note: Applications received after the due date will not be accepted. Candidates submitting multiple applications will have their candidature rejected entirely. Incomplete applications, in terms of information or documents, will be rejected.

• Class 10th/Matriculation mark sheet and Class 10th passing certificate • A recent passport-size colour photograph (not older than six months as on the last date of receipt of application), front portrait in a light background without headgear (except for Sikhs), taken while holding a black slate bearing the candidate's name and the date the photo was taken, written clearly in white chalk in capital letters. Important Instructions
• Selection in the Indian Air Force is fair, transparent, and merit-based only; no bribe is required at any stage. • Candidates not reporting for the written test at or before the cut-off time will not be permitted to appear. • Candidates should be prepared to stay for the entire duration of the tests at their own expense; no TA/DA is admissible. • Mobile phones, smart watches, and electronic gadgets are not permitted in the examination hall. • Original educational mark sheets/passing certificates are compulsory for the selection test; candidates with DigiLocker-verified certificates may appear provisionally and must produce originals within a specified time. • Candidates should get dental tartar and stains removed and clear ear wax before the medical examination, and should be prepared to stay for four to five days (own arrangement) for the medical test. • If there is any variation between the English and Hindi versions of the notification, the English version is authentic. • The Indian Air Force reserves the right to cancel the entire selection process at any stage, without assigning any reason. • Data entered in the application form is treated as final; no changes are permitted later, and wrong data entry will disqualify the candidature.
