Age Limit
Post: Maximum Age Limit Deputy General Manager (E-5) - Projects & Finance: 45 years Assistant General Manager (E-4) - Projects: 40 years Senior Manager (E-3) - Finance: 35 years Age will be reckoned as on 01.08.2026. Age relaxation is permissible up to 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC(NCL) candidates. Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen will be as per applicable Government norms. Salary
HUDCO offers pay on the IDA pay-scale (w.e.f. 01.01.2017), along with an approximate annual Cost to Company (CTC) for each level. Level: IDA Pay-scale | Minimum Basic Pay (per month) | Approximate Annual CTC E-5 (Deputy General Manager): ₹80,000-2,20,000 | ₹80,000 | ₹30.47 lakhs E-4 (Assistant General Manager): ₹70,000-2,00,000 | ₹70,000 | ₹26.66 lakhs E-3 (Senior Manager): ₹60,000-1,80,000 | ₹60,000 | ₹22.13 lakhs The CTC includes minimum Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) at 55.7% of basic pay, HRA (30% of basic pay), Perks & Allowances (35% of basic pay), superannuation benefits (30% of basic pay), and Performance Related Pay (PRP) at maximum potential as per DPE slabs. In addition, employees get conveyance, company-leased accommodation (in lieu of HRA), medical reimbursement, loans and advances, group insurance, and other social security/functional benefits. Actual PRP payout depends on individual, team, and company performance, and IDA rates may change as notified by the Ministry of Finance.
