• Senior Scale Stenographer: Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent from a University recognized by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. English Shorthand speed: 100 words per minute (W.P.M.) English Typing Speed: 40 words per minute (W.P.M.) Computer Knowledge: Adequate knowledge of word processing on computer.
