• Register on the ERP Portal of HPNLU, Shimla (https://erphpnlu.in) and fill in the prescribed online application form. The form is also available on the University's website, https://hpnlu.ac.in. • Submit the application between 5 November 2026 and 27 November 2026, 05:00 PM. Offline applications are not accepted. • The application fee is a non-refundable ₹500. • Attend the walk-in interview with the hardcopy of the duly filled application form and the required certificates/documents in original. Incomplete applications, or those without relevant supporting enclosures/attachments, will be rejected outright. • The University reserves the right to fill the post or not, increase or reduce the number of posts, or cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason. • The University reserves the right to change any other terms of the advertisement or to rectify inadvertent errors at any stage. • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the walk-in interview. • No correspondence will be entertained about the conduct and result of the written test/interview or the reasons for not being called for the interview. • The engagement is purely temporary; there is no claim to regularization or to any regular sanctioned position of the University. • Sharing of information about the counselling services with an unauthorized person is treated as a breach of trust and may lead to action and termination. • Good conduct and moral behaviour must be maintained, failing which the engagement is terminated with immediate effect.
