Selection Process
The selection process consists of a single stage - Personal Interview (PI) carrying 100% weightage. Candidates will be shortlisted for PI based on experience and additional qualifications if applications exceed the zone of consideration. The final selection and merit list will be based solely on performance in the Personal Interview. Stage 1 - Shortlisting Criteria (if applications exceed zone of consideration) Criteria: Marks For every completed year of relevant experience beyond minimum requirement: 1 Mark per year For every additional higher qualification over the minimum essential qualification (relevant cadre/discipline only): 1 Mark each, subject to maximum 2 Marks Tie-break: Higher company turnover gets higher rank: – Stage 2 - Personal Interview: 100% Weightage Zone of Consideration (Shortlisting Ratio for Interview) Number of Vacancies (Category-wise): Number of Candidates to be Called for Personal Interview Single Vacancy: 10 candidates More than 1 vacancy: 5 candidates per vacancy (1:5 ratio)
