Eligibility
• Working Plan Associate: M.Sc. in Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Wildlife/ Soil Sciences from a recognized University with I Division (at least 60% Marks). • Desirable Experience: Good knowledge and skills in computer Application (MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point etc). Field work experience in forestry research with knowledge and experience in identification of Tree, shrubs and herbs in the forest and measurement of inventory parameters of forest vegetation. Knowledge of GIS specially handling of GPS devices and basic knowledge on Geospatial Technologies. Physically fit for extensive travel and trek in the mountainous/ plain region. Research Articles published in a recognized journal. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience of Forestry/ Wildlife related research and surveys and in Biodiversity related issues.
Age Limit
• Maximum Age: 35 years (as on 01.01.2026) • Age Relaxation: SC/ ST/ OBC/ Women candidates will be given relaxation as per Uttarakhand state Government rules. Salary
• Emolument: Rs. 25000/ - per month (fixed) plus travelling allowance as per Government norms.
