GSRTC has announced 2510 vacancies for the Helper post, distributed across category as shown below. The Corporation reserves the unrestricted right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies shown in this notification. Eligibility

Age Limit
The minimum age is 18 years. The maximum age limit (with all applicable relaxations) is as follows, calculated as on the last date of application. Category: Male (Max. Age) | Female (Max. Age) Unreserved: 35 Years | 40 Years Reserved: 40 Years | 45 Years Ex-Serviceman: 45 Years | 45 Years Divyang (PwD): 45 Years | 45 Years The base age range is 18 to 35 years (i.e., date of birth between 06/10/1991 and 06/10/2008). General category female candidates get 5 years relaxation; all reserved category male candidates get 5 years; all reserved category female candidates get 10 years; general category disabled male candidates get 10 years; general category disabled female candidates get 15 years; reserved category disabled male candidates get 15 years; and reserved category disabled female candidates get 20 years relaxation in the upper age limit. In no case, for any category, shall the age (with all applicable relaxations) exceed 45 years as on the specified date. Salary
Selected candidates will be given a contract-based appointment in the Helper category on a fixed pay of ₹21,100/- per month for a period of five years. They will not be entitled to any allowances or benefits other than those admissible as per the rules. After satisfactorily completing five years of service, Helper category employees will become eligible for regular appointment on the basic pay currently applicable to the Helper category in the Corporation.

Exam Pattern
The 100-mark MCQ-based examination carries the following weightage of subjects, to be completed within 2 hours. S. Selection Process
Candidates fulfilling the conditions of the notification will be called for a 100-mark MCQ-based examination (OMR or CBRT, as decided by the Corporation). The weightage for direct recruitment is calculated as follows. S. No.: Particulars | Weightage 1: Marks obtained in the 100-mark MCQ-based examination | 90 Marks 2: Apprenticeship certificate | 10 Marks Total Weightage: 100 Marks The 10 marks for the apprenticeship certificate will be granted only if the candidate holds a valid apprenticeship certificate in the ITI trade shown in the online application, verified at the time of document verification. A merit list will be prepared based on the total weightage obtained, considering the reserved/unreserved vacancies shown in the notification. Candidates will then be called for document verification (typically at a ratio of 1.5 candidates per vacancy, or as required), after which a provisional selection list/waiting list will be prepared.

Important Instructions
