Eligibility
Applicants must possess the qualifications prescribed for their selected post as on 1 October 2026. Journeyman posts require 10th Pass and relevant National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) or National Trade Certificate (NTC) qualifications. Driver (Vehicle) posts require a valid Commercial LMV Driving Licence and six years of relevant driving experience.

Salary
After successful completion of the two-year training, Journeymen may be considered for absorption into the permanent Semi-Skilled (SSK) grade, subject to performance, vacancies, medical fitness, disciplinary clearance and organizational requirements. Particulars: Details Training Duration: 2 Years Possible Absorption Grade: Semi-Skilled (SSK) SSK Pay Scale: Rs. 19,900 - 3% - Rs. 69,650 (or Revised) Probation After Absorption: 1 Year Important: Completion of Journeyman training does not automatically guarantee permanent absorption.
