Eligibility
• Guest Instructor (Dress Making): B.Voc/ Degree in Fashion & Apparel Technology from UGC recognized university OR Diploma (Minimum 2 years) in Dress Making/ Garment fabricating technology/ costume designing from recognized board of education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT OR NTC/ NAC passed in Dress Making. Experience: 1 year for B.Voc/ Degree, 2 years for Diploma, 3 years for NTC/ NAC. • Guest Instructor (Fitter): B.Voc/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering from AICTE/ UGC recognized Engineering College/ university OR 03 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from AICTE/ recognized board of technical education OR NTC/ NAC passed in the Trade of "Fitter". Experience: 1 year for B.Voc/ Degree, 2 years for Diploma, 3 years for NTC/ NAC. • Guest Instructor (Sewing Technology): B.Voc/ Degree in Fashion & Apparel Technology from UGC recognized College/ university OR Diploma (Minimum 02 years) in Garment Fabrication Technology/ Costume Design & Dress Making from recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT OR NTC/ NAC passed in the Trade of "Sewing Technology" earlier named as "Cutting & Sewing". Salary
• Rs. 200/ - per hour for theory classes (maximum 16 hours per month). • Rs. 150/ - per hour for practical classes (maximum 112 hours per month). • Activities like checking records, internal examinations, maintenance of machines, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, innovative projects, industry visits, career counselling campaigns etc. are treated as practical hours for calculation of remuneration, with a maximum ceiling of Rs. 16,800/ - per month. • The maximum remuneration for all posts is Rs. 20,000/ - per month.
