Eligibility
• Resource Person for CWSN: Graduate with B.Ed. (Special Education) or equivalent. B.Ed. (General) with one-year Diploma in Special Education, B.Ed. (General) with two-year Diploma in Special Education, B.Ed. (General) with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (PGPD), B.Ed. Special Education and Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Special Education (PGPC), PG Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation), or any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI. Candidate must be registered with RCI. Minimum 2 years' experience in related field (Desirable). • Academic Resource Person for Career Counselling: Minimum at-least Graduation with a certificate/diploma in Career Counselling/PG Diploma in Counselling, or Masters in Psychology. Preferred minimum of one-year experience in providing career/educational counselling to students at schools. If graduate with diploma, at least five years of teaching/counselling experience. If masters, one-year of relevant experience. • Primary School Teacher (English Medium): Senior Secondary (class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 45% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002.
