• Chief General Manager Level: For applicants working in IDA scale/PSUs: 20 years executive experience (10 years relevant), min 4 years in IDA pay scale of equivalent to ₹120000-280000 or above. For consolidated pay, min 4 years in GM grade & CTC of ₹ 2,50,000 per month. For applicants working in the CDA scale: 20 years executive experience (10 years relevant), min 4 years at Pay Matrix Level 14 NFSAG grade under the 7th CPC or equivalent. Candidates from private industries: 23 years executive experience (10 years relevant), min CTC of ₹ 2,50,000 per month. • For applicants working in IDA scale/PSUs: 20 years executive experience (10 years relevant), min 4 years in IDA pay scale of equivalent to ₹120000-280000 or above.
