The online form can be edited before submission but not after it is submitted. • Register on the portal with basic details such as name, DOB, category, mobile number and email ID. • Log in with the credentials; the passcode is sent to the email ID given at registration. • Select the position for which you are applying. • Fill in the online application with relevant details, latest to earliest, and complete the form. • Check the entered details with the "preview" option. • Submit the form after verifying all the information, on or before 18 November 2026.
Important Instructions
• Candidates working in PSU/Boards/Government organisations/Metro Rail Corporations must submit an NOC along with the last 5 years' APAR of the present/previous organisation on or before the date of interview. For deputation, the NOC is submitted on or before the interview date. • Acceptance or rejection of an application is at the sole discretion of the Management. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected. • GMRC reserves the right to offer a grade lower than the one applied for. • A selected candidate must indicate acceptance of the offer within three working days of receiving it; otherwise the next candidate in order of merit is offered the appointment. The Competent Authority may grant an extension depending on exigencies, if requested. • Impersonation, fabricated documents, false or incorrect statements, suppression of facts or unfair means make a candidate liable for rejection. Canvassing or outside influence regarding selection is a disqualification. • Any corrigendum or addendum will be displayed only on the company website. • Management reserves the right to assess the fitness of selected candidates and may decline to select any candidate, or cancel or amend the advertisement at any stage without assigning any reason. • GMRC is not liable for any damage, injury or loss sustained during the recruitment process and journey.
