How to Apply
• Write the application in the prescribed format given below and affix your photograph. • Enclose self-attested photocopies of your educational and professional certificates and supporting documents. • Attach one recent self-attested passport-size photograph. • Send the application to the office of University Hospital by post, by hand, by courier or by email. It must reach the office on or before 14 November 2026 by 2.00 PM. • You may also send an advance copy of the filled application to [email protected]. • Deposit the original application at the walk-in interview on 16 November 2026.
Important Instructions
• The appointment is purely on a contractual basis. The engagement is purely temporary, for a period of 11 months, and either side may end it with one month's prior notice. • If the work is not satisfactory, the University can terminate the contract without any notice. • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview. • The University reserves the right to reject any or all of the applications without assigning any reason.
