• Fill in the "Application Format for Walk-In Interview" given at the end of the notice. Leave no column blank, and write the details in words, not indices or dots. • Write the name of the post applied for clearly, with reference to the advertisement. Use a separate application form for each post, each with its own fee. • Enter the bank draft number, date, amount and bank name, or the online payment reference or transaction number, in the form. • Paste your photograph, sign the declaration, and enclose the self-attested copies the form asks for. • Give an undertaking that you are not occupied with any other assignment elsewhere. • Bring the filled-in application with the fee to the walk-in interview on 13 November 2026 at 11:30 AM.

Important Instructions

• Unsigned or incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. So will applications without the fee or supporting documents, and applications received late. • The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased. The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post. • Candidates must have at least one working email, which will be used during the entire selection process. • Any modification or corrigendum will be uploaded only on the University website, www.gbu.ac.in. No other means of communication will be used. • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. The Dean of the School ensures regular attendance. • To resign, at least one month's prior notice is required. Otherwise the Competent Authority may forfeit the emolument.
