Eligibility
• 2 year Post Graduate Degree in Social Work or Human Resources Management or Labour Welfare from any institution recognised by the Central or State Government OR 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or Human Resources Management or Labour Welfare from any institution recognised by the Central or State Government. • Working knowledge (speaking, reading and writing) in Malayalam language in addition to English. • Minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience (managerial cadre) in Labour Welfare and Industrial Relations in a PSU/Factory/Mines/Plantations having a workforce of minimum 250 employees.
Age Limit
• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years (as on 01.07.2026) • Age Relaxation: Maximum age limit for PwBD is 10 years, and for Ex-Servicemen, it is the period of service to be deducted, with the resultant age not exceeding the maximum age limit by more than 3 years.
Salary
• Pay Scale: Rs.50000-160000 (E2) • Selected candidates will be appointed on probation for a period of six months with Basic Pay at the minimum in managerial scale of pay of Rs.50000-160000 (E2). • Candidates will be eligible for IDA, EPF and other applicable allowances and perks like medical reimbursement/medical insurance coverage/ESI, township accommodation/HRA, subsidised meals/meal subsidy, uniform, accident insurance coverage, performance related pay etc. as per rules in force and as amended from time to time. • Protection of pay to the extent of Basic pay + DA for candidates currently working on permanent rolls in Public Sector Firms, Institutes under the Government, will be considered.
