Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years and maximum of 28 years as on 30-04-2026. Maximum age indicated is for General (Unreserved) candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates. Selection Process
Selection will comprise a Written Test followed by a Personal Interview. Candidates shortlisted based on performance in the Written Test will be called for Personal Interview. Final selection will be based on overall performance in both stages. No sectional cut-off will be applied in the Written Test; the final merit list will be drawn based on marks in Written Examination (out of 100 with 70% weightage) and Interview (out of 100 with 30% weightage). Stage 1 - Written Test (Subjective) Part: Description | Marks | Duration Part I: Subject Matter Knowledge - HR / Administration (Compulsory Question) | 40 | 02 hours 30 minutes Part II: Attempt any 6 out of 8 Questions (HR / Administration) | 60 Total: 100 The Written Test is a Professional Knowledge - Subjective paper. There is no negative marking. Though the duration of the examination is 2 hours 30 minutes, candidates may be required to be at the venue for about 4 hours including time for verification and completion of various formalities. Candidates reporting late after the reporting time specified on the call letter will not be permitted to take the examination. Stage 2 - Personal Interview Candidates shortlisted from the Written Test will be called for Personal Interview to be conducted in Mumbai and/or New Delhi.
