Selection Process
Selection is made purely through a walk-in interview - there is no written examination or online application process. Candidates must appear in person on the notified date and time with the prescribed application form and all original/photocopied documents for verification. The decision of the Selection Board is final on all aspects of selection.
How to Apply
• Download and fill Annexure A (Bio-Data Form), Annexure B (Educational Qualification & Experience details), and Annexure C (Self-Declaration) in block letters. • Report to ESIC Hospital, Sri Anandmayee Marg, Phase-1, Okhla, New Delhi-110020, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the applicable interview date (27 July 2026 for Senior Resident; 28 July 2026 for Specialist/Super Specialist). • Submit the filled forms along with attested photocopies of the Matriculation Certificate, proof of age, caste certificate (if applicable), MBBS certificate, Diploma/Degree certificate, valid DMC/MCI/State registration certificate, and experience certificate(s), together with the original documents for verification. • Carry two recent passport-size photographs and proof of residence. • Submit the applicable Demand Draft towards the application fee (where applicable), in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No. 01," payable at New Delhi.

Candidates must bring original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies, including: • Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, etc.) • Address Proof (Ration Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, etc.) • Date of Birth Certificate (10th Certificate/Birth Certificate) • Two recent passport-size photographs • Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Passbook photocopies (only for selected candidates, at the time of joining) • Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates • MBBS, MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCh Degree and Experience Certificate(s), as applicable, per NMC guidelines • Registration Certificate with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council • Internship Completion Certificate • Reservation category certificate (OBC/SC/ST/PH/EWS) in the Government of India prescribed format OBC Certificate: Must be issued not prior to 1 year from the cut-off date, in the prescribed format, by an officer not below the rank of Sub-Divisional Officer or equivalent. EWS Certificate: Must be as per Annexure-I of the DoPT Office Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res), dated 31.01.2019.
Important Instructions
• Private practice of any kind is not allowed for full-time contractual engagements; violation may attract action under relevant rules. • Recruitment is purely contractual; selected candidates have no claim to regularization of service. • Canvassing in any form leads to disqualification. • Candidates already in service must submit a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer at the time of interview. • The contractual engagement may be terminated by either side with one month's prior notice, without assigning any reason. • No service benefits such as PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, or Promotion are admissible. • Absence from work for 10 days without proper permission amounts to abandonment of engagement; no separate disengagement order is necessary in such cases. • If a selected candidate resigns within 6 months of joining, an experience certificate will not be issued; in case of termination, the certificate may be withheld. • No TA/DA is payable for appearing in the interview or for joining the post. • No hostel accommodation, quarters, or uniform will be provided. • On joining, the selected candidate must deposit Rs. 10,000/- via demand draft/banker's cheque in favour of "ESIC Fund Account No. 1," refundable after completion of a minimum of 3 months' service (including the 30-day notice period) and submission of a "No Dues Certificate." • Selected contractual candidates must sign an Agreement as per ESIC norms on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10…
