Salary
ESIC has adopted a Consolidated Remuneration structure for Contractual Faculty (Super Specialist, Specialist) and Residents/Tutors, as per applicable ESIC Headquarters office memoranda. Cadre: Consolidated Remuneration | Approximate Total Monthly Earnings Professor: Rs. 2,59,515/- per month | Rs. 2,71,035/- Associate Professor: Rs. 1,72,572/- per month | Rs. 1,84,092/- Assistant Professor & Senior Resident (1 yr): Rs. 1,48,263/- per month | Rs. 1,59,783/- Senior Resident: 7th CPC salary at Level-11 (basic pay Rs. 67,700 + DA, NPA, HRA as per rules) | Not separately specified in the notification Consolidated remuneration for cadres other than regular Senior Resident includes NPA@20%, DA@60%, and HRA@27%; a transport allowance is also payable. These amounts are subject to revision with changes in Dearness Allowance rates as per Central Government policy. No private practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC.

Selection Process
Selection is based on the candidate's performance in a personal interview before the Selection Board. The selection procedure may be altered at the authority's discretion if a large number of candidates appear. Results are displayed on the ESIC website. Selected candidates must join immediately upon receipt of the offer of appointment; failure to join by the stipulated last date leads to cancellation of appointment, and the next eligible candidate is automatically deemed selected.

The process is as follows: • Download the application form from the official ESIC recruitment page: esic.gov.in/recruitments. • Fill the form completely in the prescribed format only; incomplete applications or applications in any other format will be summarily rejected. • Report at the Academic Block, ESIC Medical College, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad, between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on the specialty's scheduled interview date. • Submit the duly filled application at the time of certificate verification on the day of the Walk-in Interview, along with two self-attested passport-size photographs, self-attested copies of certificates/testimonials (age, qualification, experience, research papers/publications), and the original certificates for verification. • Pay the applicable application fee (if any) via the SB Collect online payment system at the venue. • Appear for the interview before the Selection Board.
