Age Limit
The age limit is counted as on the date of interview. Post: Age Limit Teaching faculty (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor): 69 Years (Not Exceeding) Senior Resident: Up to 45 Years The notice does not print a separate age limit for the Tutor post. For teaching faculty, the maximum tenure of the engagement is until 70 years of age, provided other rules and regulations are satisfied.

Category: Fee SC/ST/ESIC (Regular Employee)/Female Candidate, Defence Ex-servicemen & PH Candidate: Nil All Other categories: Rs. 500/- The fee is paid by Demand Draft in favour of ESIC Fund A/c No.1, payable at Varanasi. How to Apply
• Get the application form ("Format of Application"). It is attached to the advertisement and is also uploaded on the website. The form can be converted to Word format. • Fill in a separate form for each post, in the prescribed format only, in clear CAPITAL letters. Enter Advertisement No. 05/2026, the post, the department, and your category and qualifications. • Paste a colour photograph signed across. It must show your full face, both ears and neck in frontal view, with a neutral, non-smiling expression and open eyes directed at the camera. • Give details of two of these three identity documents: Aadhaar No., Voter Id or PAN. Also give an active e-mail ID and mobile number, which must stay in use until the final result is published. • If the fee applies to you, get a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of ESIC Fund A/c No.1, payable at Varanasi. Enter its number, date, bank and branch in the form. • Email a scanned copy of the form, with the supporting documents and the filled checklist, to [email protected] before the date of interview. • Report at the venue on your department's interview date between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Bring the original application form, the supporting documents and the original Demand Draft (if the fee applies) for verification.

Self-attested copies of these documents must be attached to the application form: • Certificate of passing Class 10th (or its Admit Card) for date of birth • All mark sheets, attempt certificate and degree certificate of MBBS • All mark sheets, attempt certificate and degree certificate of MD/MS/DNB/other examination • Valid EWS/OBC/EBC/SC/ST certificate in the format for Central Govt. jobs, when applicable • State/NMC Medical Registration Certificate (updated) • Proof of publication(s), paper/poster presentations, certificates of training, and attendance at conferences, workshops or seminars, if any • Experience certificate • Recent passport-size photograph • Relieving certificate from the previous employer, if applicable • NOC from the current employer, if applicable • Aadhaar Card • Completion certificate of the ICMR/NMC-conducted Bio-medical research examination, if any • Completion certificate of the NMC Revised/Basic Medical Education Workshop, if any • Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- as the interview fee, if applicable These documents will be verified against the originals before the interview or before an offer of appointment is issued. The checklist at the end of the application form lists them, with a column to mark each as submitted or give the reason if not.
Important Instructions
• Candidates working in a Govt., Autonomous or Statutory Institution should preferably have an NOC from their employer at the interview. If the NOC is not available yet, they must submit a copy of the "applied for NOC" at the interview. • An application in any other format, or an incomplete application, will be summarily rejected. • The form must be filled in by the candidate in person. • Submitting an application does not give a right to be interviewed unless the candidate reports on the scheduled date and time with the required documents. • A wrong declaration, false information or any other action against the law will lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage. • The Dean, ESIC MCH, Pandeypur, Varanasi reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
