Salary
Pay is fixed as per the applicable pay level, along with other admissible allowances. Approximate gross salary figures are as stated in the notification. Post: Remuneration Professor: Fixed basic pay of Rs. 1,23,100/- (Level 13) + other allowances (gross salary approx. Rs. 2.5 lakh) Associate Professor: Fixed basic pay of Rs. 78,800/- (Level 12) + other allowances (gross salary approx. Rs. 1.7 lakh) Assistant Professor: Fixed basic pay of Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11) + other allowances (gross salary approx. Rs. 1.45 lakh) Senior Resident (3 years, residency scheme): Fixed basic pay of Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11) + other allowances (gross salary approx. Rs. 1.45 lakh) Senior Resident (1 year, against GDMO): Fixed basic pay of Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11) + other allowances (gross salary approx. Rs. 1.45 lakh) Tutor: Fixed basic pay of Rs. 56,100/- (Level 10) + other allowances (gross salary approx. Rs. 1.2 lakh) For Senior Resident posts, Rs. 1,350/- is deducted if the candidate holds only a diploma, and Rs. 2,250/- is deducted if the candidate does not hold a degree or diploma.
