Age Limit
Post: Age Limit Super Specialist / Specialist (Part/Full Time): Not exceeding 69 years as on the date of interview. Tenure beyond 70 years is not allowed. Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation for SC, ST & OBC candidates as per rules. Candidates who have already completed Senior Residency for 3 years in any Central Institutions are not eligible for the post of Senior Resident. Salary
Remuneration varies by post, level (entry/senior), and whether the engagement is full-time or part-time. All figures below are as stated in the official notification; ESIC notes that remuneration is revisable as per ESIC Headquarters instructions from time to time.
Application Fee
Category: Application Fee General, EWS & OBC candidates: Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) SC/ST candidates: Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) PWD / Female applicants: Exempted from application fee The application fee must be paid by way of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Employees' State Insurance Fund – Account No 1," payable at Kollam, and submitted at the time of the interview.
Selection Process
Selection for all posts will be based on qualification, experience, and a walk-in interview. The interview will be conducted at ESIC Model & Super Specialty Hospital, Asramam, Kollam. Candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST categories must produce a valid caste certificate issued by the Tahsildar/Revenue Divisional Officer; OBC certificates must confirm the candidate does not belong to the creamy layer, and EWS certificates must be valid and issued in the prescribed government format. Candidates applying under the PWD category must possess a disability certificate issued by a duly constituted Medical Board of a State or Central Government hospital/institution. The appointing authority reserves the right to terminate the service of an appointee at any time, even before completion of tenure, without assigning any reason, by giving one month's notice, or immediately in case of disciplinary action. Similarly, the engaged person must give one month's prior notice before resigning or pay an amount equivalent to one month's remuneration in lieu of notice.
How to Apply
This is a walk-in recruitment drive; there is no separate online application process mentioned in the notification.
