Eligibility
• Qualification: Serving State Government officer holding the post of Deputy Secretary or equivalent in the same pay band and grade pay (S-25: Rs. 78,800-2,09,200) Other conditions: • Only officers in State Government service can apply. • Officers who have been on deputation before must have completed 3 years since returning from their last deputation. • Total deputation period must not exceed 10 years.

• Eligible officers must send their application, with the service details form (page 3), through their own administrative department. • Send one copy of the application with the service details form directly to the Environment and Climate Change Department as well. • Applications must reach within 21 days, by 16-11-2026.
