Salary
EIL Salary for this recruitment is based on the IDA pay scale of the position, with Total CTC calculated on the basic pay at the lowest point of the scale. CTC includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, other perks & allowances, encashment of earned leaves and applicable retirement benefits. Designation: Pay Scale (Rs.) | Approx. Total CTC per annum (Rs. lakh) Engineer: 60000-180000 | 20.27 Deputy Manager: 70000-200000 | 23.31 Manager: 80000-220000 | 27.01 Senior Manager: 90000-240000 | 30.52 Post-Retirement Medical Coverage Scheme applies to candidates who are 45 years of age or below on the date they join the regular rolls of the company. This condition does not apply to candidates joining after resigning from a CPSE, provided total past CPSE service plus future company service until normal retirement is 15 years or more.
