Salary
Selected candidates engaged on Fixed Term Basis at Engineers India Limited will be entitled to a Consolidated Monthly Remuneration (inclusive of HRA and PF) varying by designation and city category. The remuneration is structured across three city categories - X Category Cities, Y Category Cities, and Z Category Cities. In addition to the consolidated monthly remuneration, selected candidates will also be entitled to several other benefits including reimbursement of medical insurance premium for self up to ₹2,00,000/- per annum, reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses for working beyond standard working hours, coverage under the GPAI Scheme of the Company, payment of Travelling Allowances for official duties outside their place of posting, and paid leave of 2 days for each completed month as per Company Policy. During foreign postings, candidates will be provided Living Allowance, R&R, and other applicable allowances as per Company rules.
