• Get the application format from the website www.echs.gov.in. • Complete the application in the requisite format, in duplicate. • Attach self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational qualifications and Work Experiences. • Submit the application to OIC, Stn HQs (ECHS Cell) Binnaguri so that it is received by 30 November 2026. Any application received after 30 November 2026 will not be accepted. The notice does not specify whether the application should go by post or by hand. Important Instructions
• The selected individual will have to undergo 10 days on the job training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from OIC Polyclinic before signing the contract. • The OJT period will remain unpaid and is counted as mandatory before assuming charge as a contractual employee. • 10 days of handing/taking over will be carried out between the key appointments (OIC, Nursing Assistant, DEO/ Clerk) at the polyclinic. • The Annual Property Return (Declaration of Assets) in respect of Dental Officer, covering immovable and movable property, will be deposited with Stn HQ, Binnaguri before tenanting the appointment. • This requirement applies to both initial appointment and extension of tenure. • The appointment/extension letter will be issued only after submission of the said document.
