Eligibility
• Centre Administrator: Must have a Master's Degree in Social Work / Psychology. • Senior Counselor: Must have a postgraduate degree in Social Work, M.S.W (Masters Degree in Social Work) or M.Sc in Counselling Psychology with a minimum of two years of experience working with government or non-governmental organizations on projects to protect women from violence. (or) One year of experience in the same organization or outside. Only women should apply. • IT Administrator: Must have a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech., B.Sc) and a Diploma in Computers/IT and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the technical office of a state/district/voluntary organization in data management, process documentation and web-based reporting formats. • Case worker: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. Must have one year of prior experience in a government or non-governmental organization or project working to prevent violence against women, and a minimum of one year of experience in a psychological counseling firm or in external work. • Security Guard: Must have experience working as a security guard in a government or reputed company and must be a local resident. Only local women can apply. • Multi Purpose Helper: Must have experience working in an office. The applicant must know how to cook and maintain an office. Only local women can apply.
